1. Service Agreement

  • PhoneFixy provides mobile repair services, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and other technical repairs for mobile devices. By requesting a repair service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.
  • All services are offered in compliance with industry standards. However, we are not liable for issues arising from previous damage or third-party interference with your device prior to our service.

2. Appointment Scheduling and Pickup

  • Doorstep pickup and delivery services are available within Delhi and NCR. Appointment scheduling can be done through our website, and confirmation of pickup time will be provided.
  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all data is backed up before handing over the device. PhoneFixy is not liable for any data loss during repair.

3. Repairs and Warranties

  • All repairs are carried out by certified technicians using genuine spare parts. We provide a warranty on all repairs, specific to each repair type. Warranty terms will be communicated to the customer at the time of service.
  • The warranty covers only the specific repair service and parts replaced. Any new issues or damage not covered under the warranty will incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. In cases of unpaid balances, PhoneFixy reserves the right to withhold the device until payment is made in full.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer free doorstep pickup and delivery for repairs over ₹500 within our service area. For repairs below this amount, a nominal shipping fee may apply.
  • PhoneFixy is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or traffic issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take all necessary precautions, PhoneFixy is not responsible for pre-existing damage or further damage caused by underlying issues. In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will compensate the customer according to our loss policy.
  • PhoneFixy is not responsible for any data loss during repairs.

7. Device Abandonment

  • If a device is not claimed or paid for within 60 days of repair, it will be considered abandoned. PhoneFixy reserves the right to dispose of abandoned devices.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers may cancel their repair request prior to the device pickup. Refunds will not be available once the repair process has commenced.
  • In the unlikely event that PhoneFixy cannot complete the repair, a full refund will be issued.

9. Changes to Terms

  • PhoneFixy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
