1. Doorstep Pickup and Delivery
We offer convenient doorstep pickup and delivery services for your phone repairs. Once you schedule a repair, a team member will pick up your device from your location, and upon completion of the repair, it will be delivered back to you safely.
2. Shipping Timeframes
- Pickup: Once your request is confirmed, pickups are generally scheduled within 24 hours.
- Delivery: For standard repairs, the delivery time is typically within 1-2 business days after the repair is completed. More complex repairs may require additional time, which we will communicate in advance.
3. Shipping Charges
- Within Delhi and NCR: We offer free pickup and delivery for repairs over ₹500. For repairs under ₹500, a nominal delivery charge may apply, which will be clearly communicated during booking.
- Outside Service Areas: Currently, we are only servicing within the Delhi and NCR regions.
4. Order Tracking
After your device is picked up, you can track the repair status through your PhoneFixy account or by contacting our customer support. We keep you informed at each stage, from pickup to delivery.
5. Damages and Liability
Our team takes every precaution to ensure safe handling of your device. PhoneFixy assumes responsibility for your device from the time of pickup until it is delivered back to you. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
